Baha'is believe that Baha'u'llah (a title meaning the Glory of God) is the Promised One of all religions.
Our community consists of the area inside the southwestern beltway (495) and south of Route 50 (Lee Hwy). The cities of Falls Church, Arlington and Alexandria form part of our northern and eastern boundaries.
Statistically, we are a community of about 85 believers including adults, youth, and children. We are a diverse community.
The Baha'is in Fairfax County formed the first assembly in this county in April 1963. The assembly members were: (L-R Back row) Joe Cowan, Norman White, Alan Conner, Sheila Cowan, Leroy Fouts; (Front L-R) Frank Stewart, Mona White, Lillian Stewart, Sue Fouts.
