"Prayer is conversation with God." If you would like to participate in community devotions, the following neighborhoods have scheduled devotions and others are expected to begin in the next few months:

There are two junior youth empowerment programs going on in Culmore and in Oakview Gardens.
In an effort to raise human resources and to improve the quality of our neighborhoods, we are holding several study circles in our community. These study circles are available
A Book 1 (Reflections on the Life of the Spirit) study group
A Book 2 (Service)
A Book 3 (Teaching Children's Classes, Grade 1)
A Book 4 (The Twin Manifestations) i
Currently, the Baha'is of Fairfax County East are engaged in the following activities:
- Lacy Blue Junior Youth Workshop in Woodrow Wilson Public Library on Saturdays (ages 11-14)
- Girls With a Purpose Junior Youth Workshop in Culmore on Friday afternoons
- Children's Classes in Brook Hills on Friday nights corresponding to the Devotions Gathering
- Devotions Gathering in N. Springfield on the 2nd Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
- Devotions Gathering in Overlook one Friday of the month.
- Devotions Gathering in Lake Barcroft once a month
