Currently, the Baha'is of Fairfax County East are engaged in the following activities:
- Lacy Blue Junior Youth Workshop in Woodrow Wilson Public Library on Saturdays (ages 11-14)
- Girls With a Purpose Junior Youth Workshop in Culmore on Friday afternoons
- Children's Classes in Brook Hills on Friday nights corresponding to the Devotions Gathering
- Devotions Gathering in N. Springfield on the 2nd Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
- Devotions Gathering in Overlook one Friday of the month.
- Devotions Gathering in Lake Barcroft once a month
- Devotions Gathering in Culmore once a month
- Devotions Gathering in Edsall Park once a month
- Study Circle on Book 2: Arising to Serve in N. Springfield
- Study Circle on Book 1: Life of the Spirit beginning in Overlook
